i'm taking art history, which should be pretty interesting since leiden has so many museums, and intro to business, which will probably be lame, but hey, i needed something to take for the last two weeks.
things:
-apparently leiden is home to the oldest pancake house in europe, oudt leyden. totally going to go there.
-dutch people are supposedly among the tallest people in the world. hooray for being extra short.
-pretty much everybody there speaks english, but it's still polite to ask, 'may i speak english?' ('mag ik engels spreken?') before launching into a conversation.
next time i update i'll be in leiden!
